Women's Salaries Far Below Men's

The earning difference between male and female IT managers has slimmed in just a year, with male IT managers earning an average of 9% more in base salary this year, compared with 14% more in 2006. When considering total compensation, including bonuses and incentives, male IT managers do cross the $100,000 mark, while women cash in at $96,000.
