The stigma surrounding outsourcing and specifically offshore outsourcing continues. Approximately half of companies sya they don't outsource at all. One in five companies outsources to companies in the United States, and 18% use a combination of U.S. and offshore partners. Only 13% of companies outsource solely offshore.
